Charges non-customers $5 just to cash a check & must have 2 forms of ID. None of these policies are posted In the lobby, just word of mouth. Not to mention customer service was more worried about my bank than noticing this was a little overkill and understanding I won't accept checks anymore from this bank due to all their Hoops & fee's.
