Just called to ask a simple question... and was treated like I was a moron for trying to get a question answered. Just kept repetively overtalking me and being rude. I told her she doesn't need to be condescending and I will not be doing business with the company and she says yep bye... so I'm assuming they get that a lot. Maybe they should reevaluate their customer service.

This is a very nice place to rent a car and the people that work there is very friendly

Not happy with the customer service of this location. Charged for an entire day because we could not make it back at exactly same time we picked the vehicle up. Ideally, we would have dropped it off the night before, but they do not have a drop box which is is incredibly inconvenient for customers. A noon drop off was not feasible due to my teaching schedule. Enterprise is MUCH easier to work with and MUCH more understanding. Also, this location is also in a horrible part of town.
