I rented a vehicle for two weeks in October, and as usual found Memorial Blvd. in Lakeland to be one of the best Enterprise locations that I have ever experienced. The staff was very professional and the customer service was great. I will always be a repeat customer.

After 16 proud years of working in the service industry, I can honestly say I have never received worse service than that of the Lakeland Enterprise, located on Memorial Avenue. Aside from scheduling and confirming a pickup at an hour they aren't even available, we arrived to find out that additional documents were needed. This wouldn't be a problem, had we not left our car at home and accepted a ride to their location. The documents needed are not mentioned in the confirmation phone call, even though apparently, this is a company policy. Also, not mentioned on the actual website, designed to "save you time at the counter". The only thing I'm saving is the $200 it would've cost me, plus the time I've already wasted in their office that I cannot get back. If you make a mistake, own it, and make it right. Don't make it the customer's fault that you don't know your job.

We made this reservation as we had a great experience with Enterprise in Portsmouth NH. We had high expectations.
We had some misunderstandings at check in but were resolved easily and quickly and we were happy.
We returned the vehicle on time and were pleased but not surprised, at the ease of that return and the kind customer service by the manager.
We may need a vehicle for a trip to Maine over Christmas.....If Enterprise allows a 2 week out of state rental we will sign up!!

The body shop I was at had called another rental company my insurance company had set reservations for. That rental company had not come to get me or my 4 year old in over an hour. The body shop declared they'd call Enterprise and switch my reservation over with my insurance company. Within 5 minutes Enterprise was there. Unfortunately, my insurance company would not allow for the reservations to be switched. I let Enterprise know and apologized letting them know I'd walk to the rental that was only an 8 minute walk away. They refused and "customer or not we will take care of you" as they took me TO THE OTHER RENTAL LOT immediately. They took care of myself and my 4 year old and turned a bad overall experience, into a great one! Enterprise on Memorial Boulevard is clean, extremely efficient, and all 3 team members I spoke with on 8/23/17 at 12PM were more than pleasant. Thank you!

The staff at the Memorial Blvd. location in Lakeland are very courteous and professional. They helped me get the rental checked out and on my way very quickly. The vehicle was clean and ready to go. I was very pleased with my experience there and will use them whenever I need to rent a car.
