Worst rental place ever! They simply took a 300 dollar deposit because the payment was 2hrs late after renting vehicles for almost 4mths at 301.00 a week. Very bad customer service from all staff including the owner who was rude when asked for an explanation. All cars are at least 8 or more years old and constantly break down. From my experience it definitely is a ripoff rental company from the cars to the staff. Go to budget better selection and staff i give EZ auto van rental negitive 5 stars.

Melanie was great and helped out much as she can. When I broke down they even comp me and extra two days for free. Affordable and no hassle
