My four year old son has been attending this dental practice since he was 18 months old. We have been going to this office during the transition of gaining 2 other Pedo-Dentist, aside from Dr. Montgomery and a Orthodontist. I'm thankful that the staff treats not only myself well but my child as well. He always has a great time he comes and looks forward to coming back. Sometimes I can't get him to leave because he enjoys playing games with the other children in the game room. I'm glad to hear at my last appointment that they're planning on extending their practice and getting another location. I think it'll help a lot with their treatment-sedation appointments being booked out so far out and wait times. But hey! I'm thankful they accept his insurance and do the sedation, as many offices around Lakeland don't. Thank you staff and doctors!

My son loves this place the girls are very nice and it is a little of a wait due to the amount of patients seen but that's only because this office takes medicaid and also the treatment appointments are booking far out but also because this is the only sedation Dr around who takes medicaid. I have no complaints my son always comes out with a smile and for a 4yr old to love going to the dentist that's a plus in my books. my son has been coming here since he was 18 months and he will continue to come for many yrs.

I love the fact that the atmosphere for the kids is great with cool movie theater and toys for my daughter, however.. it should never take 4 and a half hours for a cleaning and a filling. The amount of patients they schedule at the same is ridiculous. Unfortunately I won't be taking my daughter here anymore I was late for work and my daughter was unable to attend school due to the long wait time!!!!

This dental office NEVER answers the phone. Your sent to voicemail even if your an established patient or new patient. They send out texts to remind you of your appointment but will send another one with a different appointment time on it. You cant call and find out the correct time because they do not answer the phones. Then they schedule so many patients at once that you will be in there office for hours. Very unprofessional used to be a great dental office a few years ago but has seriously gone done hill. Search around because you will definitely be disappointed.

Great in-office staff- very professional, informative and friendly.

BUT the staff that customers interact with ON THE PHONE (in billing and scheduling) are extremely rude. They need customer service training.

Children & Teen Dental is a wonderful dental office to do business with otherwise though. I would readily recommend them!
