The wait time is too long / exaggerated. The front desk has a bad attitude, it bothers them to ask questions.

Don't waste your time and put your child through this Shop of Horrors. You will wait at least an hour and the waiting room and then when the children go back you're not allowed to go with them. My son needed one tooth extracted and they told me he was going to be in the back for 4 hours. What in the world are you going to do for 4 hours to extract one tooth. It's absolutely ridiculous. We ended up leaving and not even letting them work on him. Then they gave me issue about issuing me a refund because we were a cash client even when no work had been performed on him. Not to mention their front desk staff is rude from the get-go. They need a whole new system of how they handle their patients or maybe they just need to stop being money-hungry and only schedule the amount of patients that they can actually handle within a reasonable wait time because an overcrowded waiting room and children waiting over an hour is just outrageous and unacceptable. Go anywhere but here.

Horrible customer service will give out ur personal information to anyone and they will let anyone make and change ur child's appointments and won't let u fix them.

We had a terrible experience here. First visit with my two year old, 1.5 hours in the waiting room. I asked to reschedule because he was getting so antsy (who wouldn't be) and was given attitude from the staff. Second visit was an hour long wait (even though I got first appointment when they opened at 8). My son was crying when he went back and i told the dentist the long wait was hard for him - she told me "i dont think this office is the right fit for you if he can't handle waiting." Super rude and unfriendly , bad experience all around. If you're able to go anyplace else, do so. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

DO NOT GO!! Absolutely the worst most disrespectful slow dentist office ever. Do not take your child here. They take the children in the back and who knows waht they do to them because they are firm on nobody seeing what they do to the children. They do not allow parents in the back even to see...really? On top of that the wait is 2 hours average. The place is filthy. LISTEN TO ME!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS DUMP!!!
