Customer Service at its BEST! Dr. Barbous great manners, respectful and shows a concern for his patients. The dental hygienist is awesome she does her job and do it WELL! The check out clerk is very patient and his willingness to explain everything in detail was very helpful.

A great dental office. The dentists, hygienists, dental assistants and patient service rep all good at what they do and take care of their patients. Highly recommend this dental office!

The front desk staff are very unprofessional. If you call, they answer just to put you on hokd for 10 minutes and then someone else answers and does the same. The attitude over the phone is unprofessional. Then when you go for an appointment, the front desk is still unpleasant. However, once you get pass the front desk crew, the service is wonderful. The dentist and the assistants are pleasant. They help make up for the horrible people at the front desk. I have been going to them for over 2 years now and the front desk staff changes often and yet they are all still unpleasant. After my last phone experience and the attitude I was given, I made an appointment with Agnini Dental and they were 20 times more professional. And believe it or not, Agnini was cheaper than Aspen even with my insurance. I am officially done trying with Aspen Dental.
