I hate to do this, but Im desperate and very discouraged. We were going to the Tampa facility (which was a FANTASTIC facility and our speech therapist was WONDERFUL), but we bought a house in Lakeland. I called this facility in November 2016 to get on their wait list. Called again in February to adjust to a more flexible schedule and was told he was 47th on the list. Called today (May 2016) he is now 62nd on the list. It's my fault because I should have continued sessions in Tampa while waiting for Lakeland location, but thats a hike for 2 days a week for 30 minutes. I asked if there were any other options, help, anything I could do? The woman on the other end responds... "You can call other facilities and get on their wait list and see if they are any faster." Please find a way to offer parents other help options for their children. It is so discouraging as a parent to not get the help that educated, professionals say their child needs.

They never like to answer the phone the guy was supposed to give me a call back after the holidays to see my baby was still needed therapy comes found out he never returned my phone call he messes at the messages he never returns that of my phone calls in the reception at Disk always say that he is in or something major and on top of that he always had attitude and never wanted to help or listen to My concerns about my child I told him that I think he needs braces he told me she didn't need him so I changed your doctor we went there to do the evaluation automatically without me saying anything they say she knew braces she got her braces is he doing much better now no thanks to this place I hate this place
