Absolutely unprofessional! My girlfriend was scheduled to undergo a procedure at this facility Thursday Sept 28, 2017. As we enter the facility she fills out the appropriate forms to begin the procedure; only to find out that the Doctor scheduled to perform the procedure was out of town until Monday Oct. 2nd, 2017. The facility opens @ 8:00 a.m. so I'm sure that someone in this clinic could've provided us with a courtesy call to inform us, rather than have us drive there only to be given the option of rescheduling the appointment for another day OR drive about an hour away to another facility! Driving to another facility was out of the question simply because this clinic would not have her chart and also there was no guarantee that she would be seen! Not even an apology was provided.

The staff is friendly to your face. Dr. Levine however needs to go back into retirement . I had a 3cm cyst. The hospital told me to go see my OB to see if they will remove it. So I went to see them they told me they would do a repeat ultrasound in 4 weeks and tried to give me more pain meds. Mind you the hospital had given me some for 5 days. The nurse practioner on duty did not a license to give me the motrin 800 so I had to go back Monday while the Dr was there. Well I was in so much pain before Monday came I went back to the hospital to see if the cyst ruptured or to see if maybe it was an ulcer and not a cyst at all. Well they did an ultrasound and it was deff. A cyst and it had grown to 4cm and part had ruptured and that's what was causing so much pain. They gave me more meds for 5 days and told me to make sure I talk to my OB about having this removed cuz it went from a 3 to a 4 in a week. They printed out the report told me to make sure I gave that to my OB so they new what was going on. So Monday came. I went . He came in the room with my report in his hand and said he disagrees with me. And so does the rest of the staff there. So I asked him what he meant he said you don't have endometriosis cuz they would have found it when you were pregnant. Which the nurse practitioner Brittany told me it goes away while your pregnant and she's the one who said that could be what was causing my pain., But for her to disagree when she's the one who said she wanted to do the damn procedure to see if it was is just crazy. Then he said he wasn't doing another ultrasound on my cyst for 6 weeks when Brittany the np said 4 weeks and it had grown 1 cm in just a week . Then he said he would not remove it cuz he doesnt know that I'm really in pain and they don't remove them unless they are 5cm I said well it's 4cm he said so what. He said I'm giving you pain meds. Then yells at me about narcotics and ppl getting addicted to them, but that's not what I was there for. I was there for Motrin 800. He gave me Motrin 800 so this other stuff was not needed. Then to basiclly tell me I'm lying while you have the report in your hand is rediculous. Dr Levine go home!!!!! I will be finding a new obgyn..Shauna Foote

I had a wonderful experience. They were all very nice. Very explaining on everything I needed to know as a first mother. I would highly recommend them. Thank you exodus women's center.

Due to reviews I traveled to plant city. Due to gas prices I had to schedule here 😂 it's safe to say I'd much rather come here then plant! It's much nicer and friendlier staff.

Warning : Be very aware ! I don't even know where to begin. I would NEVER return to this place everrrrrrrrrrrr again. They are SO slow, you can be to your appointment on time and it takes over 30 minutes to see someone. The attitude and personality isn't always friendly. & if you getting a mirena inserted make sure your insurance covers getting it in AND removed. Because they won't tell you if it doesn't cover it being removed and then you get a bill for hundreds out the blue ! Be aware !
