If you care about your loved ones, do not let them go to this doctors office. You will never see a doctor. Just a PA. My mother had a mini stroke and they sent her to an eye doctor. Even though her blood pressure was high they never adjusted her meds. Kept saying they would have to watch that. Today I sit at lakeland regional with my mother. She had a bad stroke and currently has lost all mobility on her left side. Stay away.

The doctor I saw here was great and it was a fast visit and I was in and out! However, the problem I have is the referral department. I waited a week and they hadn't sent the referral to my obgyn. I waited two more days and called back and they were supposed to send it. Called my Obgyn and they hadn't recieved anything. After numerous calls to Jaycare and my Obgyn I found out Jaycare didn't have the correct fax number. So I call back after giving them another day to get it right and they finally sent the referral but all the info was wrong. I truly feel like I've had to babysit when it comes to this damn referral. I call back again and the girl was beyond rude with me saying they are working on it and there's hundreds of other patients and dr's referrals they are trying to work on and there's only two girls. NOT MY PROBLEM....I gave them all the necessary information they needed to do a correct referral and the correct fax number as well. Rest assured I will never come back here for a visit again.

for diagnostic/ procedural orders, if you don't follow up, you won't get them at all. if the order is messed up and you need re-authorization, you have to wait forever to follow up. no direct line to the authorization department. they let you go through a bureaucracy that won't work. do they ever sanitize or dust chairs? fluid residues very evident. they complain of too many people to take care of. wonder if they ever think how and from where they get their checks from. there should be a moratorium on the number of patients a facility like this can care for. if they can't handle the number, other medical group can take the extra.

RUN!!!!! They are useless as anything. They could careless about you. I have been dealing with pain for over 2 months now. They ordered a MRI over a month ago. Sent the script to RIS and it was sent wrong RIS told them on the 17th that they needed a new one. I have called everyday and still get the same run around. The office staff is totally useless. Please do yourself a favor and find a different doctor. I have!!!
