Absolutely terrible. The staff seem to be nice until you genuinely need help. Completely detached. A small, skinny boy had to wheel my dad into the building and couldn't even do it, my dad had to stand up on a broken foot so the boy could get the chair in the door. We called before asking if they could put a cast on, and they said yes. A waste of $175. A nurse bumped into my fathers broken foot and did not even apologize. Went somewhere different today and the doctor questioned my father on who'd put the SOFT cast on the way they did. It was sloppy and painful. These people are terribly inconsiderate.

Dr. VLAD ADLER seemed as if I was an inconvenience and was keeping him from something else he would rather be doing. Barely looked at me and did not communicate what his diagnosis was nor what he was prescribing to help alleviate my symptoms. I felt as if he would rather have had his teeth removed then check and diagnose me. Extremely unprofessional and rude. It will be a cold day in hell before I will return there. It was very slow and now I know why. I feel sorry for anyone who chooses owl now on south florida avenue, as you will be treated like a parasite not a patient. I have never been treated this badly by any medical professional ever. They should be embarrassed and ashamed to have this man represent this company.

Front desk staff was very friendly. We were in the waiting area for about 10 minutes and then called back. The nurse who greeted us was very friendly. We waited in the room for a very short time and Mr Dallas came in and saw me. I was seen for chest pain and he did an ekg and sent me to the hospital for further evaluation. We are forever thankful for his quick response and action as I was having a heart issue that could have turned bad quickly had it not been for him. I highly recommend this place.

I was not happy with there services. They took urine from my kid and send it to the Lab crop to do it. The doctor did not even take a look to my daughter. Then, they charged me around $ 300 for nothing. The lab crop charged me for the test which is totally fine. Because they did there job. But the Owl Urgent DID NOT. BTW, the doctor did not solve the problem and gave my kid the wrong medicine.

Highly recommend and I'm sure we'll be back again.
Have been here many times over the years. Save thousands over an ER visit and virtually no wait time. Go here and pay cash, you won't receive outrageous bills for unnecessary procedures like you do when you go to the ER.
