Melissa at Full Cover Insurance (FCI) was quick to respond to any question I had and was thorough in her response. She was patient to explain the proposed policies and displayed professionalism at all times. I feel it important to note that I write this recommendation despite not moving forward with a policy proposed by FCI. I was impressed with Melissa and felt comfortable with her and FCI - which is why I wanted to share my positive experience - but being torn between a few policies I chose another option... I hope I don't regret my choice. I would return to FCI and Melissa's services without hesitation.

I was court mandated to get sr 22 insurance. Steve at fullcover insurance helped me pick from many companies to get the best rate and coverage. Out of all the insurance agencies in lakeland fl i think this company is the best. They saved me 20 % on my current auto coverage even with the high coverage amounts of an SR 22. THANKS TEAM
