Super customer service. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Bought a home in Florida and coming from Maine I needed info. They provided me with everything I needed to know. I don't usually say this about insurance people but I felt like I was being taken care of and not hustled!! Good agency!! They know what customer service means and take the time to deliver it!!!

My mother had 2 policies that they sold her, home and auto, after she passed away however we (my sister and I) are not able to cancel the policies. We have sold the home and car, collected on her investment accounts and even accessed and closed back accounts that we were not signers on. But we are not able to close the insurance policies even with the State Certified Death Certificate and a Durable Power of Attorney. I will say we do not have a will, however we have not needed one for the other much more valuable transactions. They said we need them to just expire and guess what they keep the 90 days of prepaid premiums!!! Nice Job...Customers Beware!!!!
