Its in walking distance for me. I usually go on a long walk on Fridays and see this place kinda crowded. I love brisket so I always wanted to try theirs. Its almost as good as Johnson's in Plant City. Im glad I gave it a shot,will be back.

The menu offerings have changed a bit but they still have great food with a great wait staff. The mac and cheese with candied bacon is the best thing there. Always happy with this choice.

We arrived late on a Saturday night to a customer complaining that they were out of everything. We decided to still try it out and support a local eatery. I am so happy we did. The food was flavorful, unique, yet familiar and comforting. I had the beef brisket and it was melt in your mouth tender with perfectly cooked french fries. The service was genuine and friendly. The drunken strawberry shortcake dessert was one of the best I have ever had. The cake was moist with just enough firmness to hold the strawberry and wine reduction sauce. Top that with home made whip cream and it was a great finish to a wonderful meal. I will absolutely go back.

Excellent food. The pulled pork and the chicken were the best I've had in a long time. Got the mac-n-cheese and corn as sides, they were good, had to add butter and salt to the corn for my taste. The others in the group all said their food was great. When we walked up the the door a couple was coming out and I heard the lady saying she was "stuffed". To me that was a good sign. Now in full disclosure the owners are family but they didn't know we were coming. Will return and recommend to others.
