I didn't know it was possible to have such a bad experience at a Jimmy John's. Wife and I walked in around 6:30 pm 9/16/17 the doors were open but nobody was in the front of the restaurant whatsoever. We waited about two minutes while listening to whomever was in the back switching through a half a dozen songs before asking if anyone was there. Eventually both employees stumbled out from the back, they didnt apologize they just asked if we knew what we wanted. The food prep time took about three times as long as any other Jimmy John's I've ever experienced. Wife went to RR, no paper towels. I had asked for extra mayonnaise and didn't get it, when I brought it up the guy argued with me about how he did put extra. Truly despicable, hurricane Irma just came through town, wife and I are on day 7 of no electricity at home and just wanted some delicious Jimmy John's. We went to the down town location because it seemed like it'd be nicer. Also the water cups were like 4 oz cups, I'm not broke I just wanted water.

Don't bother, 45 minute waits on delivery after being told 15 minutes. Calls dropped (on their end), or 17 minutes on hold.
They need a real manager.

Perfect customer service!! Delicious Club Lulu, fresh crisp pickle and great location to just chill, eat, and share a few laughs with friends!! Loved it!

I usually call for delivery when looking for a great sandwich dinner. Here in FL, it gets too hot for a hot meal at night. You just want a cool sub or sandwich, something light. Their delivery service is fast, drivers are friendly!
