Waited 15 min for them to answer at drive through, waited 15 min more at the window. Handed cold food. Missing items. Went inside to correct, and waited another 10 min for correct food. They messed up a few more orders while I was waiting. Don't know if it was an off night or what but the whole experience was pretty pitiful.

Bad service Bad everything=I don't go there again. Someone in management needs to get control over these people. You need a certain personality when you work with the public.

Foods great, but their bread toaster is frequently out. Let's be real, you can order the the fried chicken and be happy though.

Probably the most racist experience I've ever had... the ladies behind the counter obviously didn't like us from the moment we walked in, the gentlemen who ordered behind us received his impressively large Togo order before they even bothered putting together our 5 piece combo with and extra side of coleslaw which was cold when we ate it :( they scowled me when I asked for silverware and acted like they had no idea what I was asking for until I asked for a fork instead. Maybe get more educated considerate people working in your establishments and you might get more business:)
