I had called the store to tell the clerk my sandwich bread was soggy and mushy, if he could please make me a new one. He placed me on hold for almost 15 mins, and hung the phone up without any regard or answer. I walked into the store and he tells me that it's my sandwich, therefore my problem.
I will never return to this establishment. I inturn went next door to the Chinese restaurant, where I was welcomed with open arms!

A female employee was very rude. Horrible customer service. Needs a lot of work with customer service.

It happened to me that when I was personalizing my sandwich, I noticed that the girl that was taking care of me didn't like me asking her for so man things to make it my own sandwich. I started talking to her and at the very end she was a lil' better in regards to customer service. My sub still the same that I love!!!!! It was just her service!
