My husband and I have had memberships here for several years. Once upon a time, I could call and get an appointment. Now, it's virtually impossible unless we book multiple weeks in advance. Between us, we have probably forty or so massage credits accrued that we can't use in the couples room, as we've always enjoyed. So it's a trap. If I pause our memberships so I stop getting charged $100+/month, we can't use our massages during that time. If we cancel, we have sixty days to use them all or give them away at $10 per credit, but can't give more than one away to any one person every six months. I've asked ownership to contact me to help resolve the issues with no response, which makes the canned answer to every other 1-star google review posted here about wanting to work it out laughable. They've oversold memberships and aren't adequately staffed and don't have a large enough facility for this market. Massage Envy has already settled one class action lawsuit over similar issues. Perhaps it's time for another one. We seem to be gathering quite an impressive list of angry, ripped off people in the Lakeland market. Morgan & Morgan, anyone?? 👍🏻

Eh... It's ok. I was a member for over a year. Its basic, very little atmosphere or consideration. No customer service, in the end I pay for $100 massage I don't get to have. Sad face 😔

Horrible..... Getting a membership has been the worst decision EVER. I can never get an appointment. They’ll cancel it and say that the person scheduled didn’t come in, or left early, or whatever. If you schedule online, they still have to call you to schedule it and then, they’ll call you to cancel it. Right now, I have about 6 unused membership appointments from the last 6 months, because of horrible appointments. However, I must add, THEY TAKE THEIR MONEY REGARDLESS OF IF YOU HAVE HAD YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT OR NOT. They won’t cancel it. They’ll just tell you of their extended hours, in which NO ONE IS THERE. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED

Ever since becoming a member it has been incredibly hard to get an appointment at a reasonable time. I even requested one via the app and never got a call back. When I called in to see what the matter was, I was told that it's best to just call as the app isn't checked regurally. So, I missed a chance at my appointment because they forgot to check the app? Why have it then?

I understand they can't control when someone is available to receive their massage, but every time, they are booked. booked. Booked. Booked. Will not be renewing my membership.

Edited to one star because while the staff is extremely curtious and helpful, I have been given wrong information on how to cancel my membership, resulting in an extra month being charged. I have asked twice about when I can cancel, and was told the wrong thing both times. No notes in my file for them to reference. Not at all pleased.

Great massages but I would never become a member or recommend anyone to become a member. I was casted up from medical issues & still kept my membership until it was complete. I had a doctor's order not to have massages. They didn't honor it. All the massages I paid for for 12 months, they took them because I wouldn't renew my membership. Sad but true!!
