The worse experience I’ve ever been through with taking my dog.... I told him muiltiple times that my dog doesn’t bite nor does she move when she gets her shot as long as we can hold her like I’ve done before at our previous veterinarian. He insisted that they will take her to another room out of sight and will give the shot. Proceed to hold my dogs mouth close and take her to another room. WORSE feeling ever seeing my dog being mistreated. He than offered the Trifexis without telling us the serious side effects or that multiple studies are showing huge numbers of dogs are dying because of it.... My dog was sick for 2 weeks because of that pill and I decided to never again go to his office. Worse Vet I’ve ever been to.

The female personnel were friendly & understanding the vet was not. Our issue was addressed kindly & compationatly by the female personnel not by the vet in any way. Gave a call after the visit to make sure our pet was doing well. $$ price.
