Dr. Presnell takes the time to explain everything in a way I can understand. Gives multiple options. I never feel rushed, the staff is very friendly and always remembers me and my pet.

Dr. Jones is our vet for life! She really cares about the health of our pets. We have also seen Dr. Presnell and find him to be thorough and empathetic. Both of them have the kind of "bedside manner" that I wish I could find in a people doctor!

Started going there b/c I found out Dr. Jones was there, but the whole staff seems great. They dealt with the death of my beloved dog very well. She died during the night at home and I brought her there the next morning. And it was gut-wrenching, and the receptionist (I wish I knew her name), made a horrible situation tolerable. She did everything right and made it clear she understood. Dr. Jones then talked to me for at least 20 minutes and provided the closure I needed. And Dr. Jones says all the vets there are great. She has told me not to hesitate to visit the other Docs when she isn't there. So lucky and grateful to have an awesome vet so nearby.

They took such good care of my cat with his bladder issue years back. He's on special food and spring water like prescribed and he's still ticking! No need for followup for the food prescription.

It was with a sad heart we needed their services, but they were tremendous. Met us at a time of sorrow with compassion, understanding and empathy. Provided us with reassurance in our brief time. The facilities were clean, staff respectful, and truly a vet that cared, understood, and eased our loved one's suffering from his battle. We were visiting from out of state which made a new place at the greatest time of need a scary proposition. But we were met with the support we needed. I would not hesitate to recommend for longitudinal care or for those with more acute urgent needs. They seem to truly care for animals at heart.
