Enjoyed this restaurant after our Wind Dance Sunset Cruise with Maverick Helicopters. We did not have a reservation but were still seated promptly and our table was lovely. They accommodated me in while wheelchair. Busy enough for a Wednesday night, we were fortunate to be entering just as a large party was departing. This is a tastefully decorated restaurant with subtle lighting and ambiance of luxury. Each menu item boasts fresh ingredients prepared with attention to detail. We each enjoyed the short rib foregoing appetizers so we could enjoy dessert - FOIE GRAS CANDY BAR. My short rib portion was large enough to request a take - out box. Prices are commensurate with the experience. Dress is business casual.

Extraordinary place the place is awesome, expetional service, wonderful wine list and the food is perfectly well done, I believe it's worth each dollar. It's a must in Vegas

Came for the absinthe experience (highly recommend the fire and ice version) and will definitely come back for the exquisite cuisines. The ambiance is intimate, classy and serene. The absinthe is prepared in front of you by a knowledgeable staff member so you get a show and a crash course on absinthe. It was definitely the highlight of the dinner!
