Great service every time! Sometimes the items on the menu may be different because there might be a new chef. But the food is still great none the less. The servers are always friendly, funny but still professional. I always stop at Serendipity 3, when I visit Vegas.

Had the iced hot chocolate. So good! Really cute place and you can sit outside and watch all the people walking by!

I know this is a famous chain, but $6 for a cup of brewed coffee? And then they overcharged me for my croissant. (They did correct the mistake.)
The frozen hot chocolate was tasty, but I think you could get a frappuchino for less money and more quantity.
Service was good and friendly, but they were busy and we had to wait a bit. Also, the patio was quite sunny and hot.
