Attention do not rent from prestige car rental. Do not rent a house from them. Do not sign a lease especially. Do not work for them you will not get paid. You will be used as a tax write off when signing a lease. If something is or goes wrong with property they will not fix it. So beware of prestige car rental.

This place doesn't even deserve ONE star. I was in an accident and needed to rent a car for a month because I didn't have rental car coverage. So I rented a car from these guys. The car I was given was DISGUSTING. Old, dirty, and smelled. The engine ran rough and it was uncomfortable to be in because of how gross it was.
Well as luck would have it, the other driver's insurance company offered to pay for a rental car though Enterprise for me since they were accepting liability. I returned the car I had rented from Apex and was told that because I returned it early, I would have to forfeit my deposit. I was promised a refund of what I paid to rent the car, less the 3 days I had it. They promised me it would be available in my account in 72 hours. Almost 2 weeks later, not only was the money NEVER refunded but they refused to return my phone calls. They're closed by the time I get off work so I diaputesbthe charges with my bank. Still haven't heard from them.

Good overall experience. The only drawback is that they only offer pickup on weekly rentals. Good customer service and good quality rentals. Will use again.

Visiting from London, we found Apex/Prestige last minute to rent a car to do a bit of exploring in California. Got a 2012 Ford Fusion and It worked out very well. Special thanks to Corey at the front desk. Car was clean, rate was reasonable and they provided great customer service.
