It appears that if your at the airport then, Bell is going to pick you up and take you to the destination, however if you are doing the round trip there is a good chance that you just paid for a service that does not show up to get you back to the airport. Because there was no other updates except for the "Text" that was sent 10 minutes before the Shuttle should have shown up, this didn't give any more that what we did; WAIT -- 90 minutes later we grabbed a cab and when I stopped at the booth to let them know they give you a paper saying send this in and we will work on refund next 6 to 12 weeks. Ended up getting tagged for a Late check-in as well seems they could have got us 3 different times.
Heard from the Hotel Baggage team and security that Bell does this more often they show up to get you. So, 5 stars to the Hotel Baggage person and hard to rate someone that just about cause us to miss the flight.

If i could rate it zero stars i would, This company is trash and would not recommend it to anybody!! The night before we called like they said to have the bus come get us the next day, called, no answer then left a message. Did not even call back to confirm. Day of our flight pick up time is 9:45-10am and we got there around 9:45 and waited till 10:20am still no bus, and every bell trans bus that pulled up the driver was rude and dismissed us, saying “oh I’m not your bus... go wait over there” TRASH COMPANY

Great experience, easy to work with, bonus points for customer service. Afternoon driver (sadly I forget her name) was awesome! Bus was clean, prompt and had plenty of room for our large group. Will definitely use this company on all my return trips. Keep up the great work!

They provided shuttle services for my clients wedding on April 23rd at Wedgewood Banquet Center. They were very professional and very accommodating to the request for a change in drop off location. Guests were pleased with service at pick-up as well and it was a safe ride. Both drivers for the day were amazing! I will continue to use Bell Trans, their prices are great, and service is very convenient. Keep up the good work Bell!

Bell Trans thank you for providing me and my wife with professional, friendly, and courteous service. I wanted her to feel special and you guys helped out a lot with that. Your customer service department rep Laura ( I think)was great she went above and beyond to help me with my reservation. They said I ordered VIP and that's what I felt like. Your drivers Krikor "Greg" and Sir Frank was on time, and friendly. I never felt like this was a cab ride. The vehicles were clean inside and out. I will recommend you to every one. Please keep up the great service.
