Overpriced for what you get. Not even a paper coffee cup in room unless you buy one from the mini bar which charges you $25 to just open the door of the fridge. Hotel states they do that so people can't use the fridge for their own items. Had a package sent to me there and they charged me $60 for them to "receive it". After the 4 days of the conference I attended I moved to a Best Western in Henderson and had an awesome free breakfast every day, free coffee all day long, amazing staff and for less than a third of what it cost me at Caesar's. Needless to say I won't be staying there for next year's conference.

We recently arrived in Vegas for biz and pleasure, which was also my girlfriends first visit here. Last year, friends of mine dined at your Steak House in the Paris Hotel and we were “wowed” so I decided my girlfriend should experience your restaurant too and we went last night.

I wish this was a wow experience but it was “Hell’s Kitchen”. Let me share the details with you.

1. Upon arriving early, we sat and had cocktails in the bar and asked the waitress to make sure both our drinks were not made too sweet. Later we found out that most of your craft cocktails were made with simple syrup, which should have been disclosed on the ingredients list found on the tablet. She offered to replace my drink as we walked to our table. But my drink arrived 20 minutes after we sat. That was problem #1.

2. Our waiter, Gilberto, was amazing but your support of staff was not. When our dinner arrived, several things occurred. One it was cold and he literally dropped our porterhouse steak, which was ordered med rare and came out rare, on the table and left the mushrooms and fingerlings on the edge of the table, away from us easily reaching the food. (We were sitting in a round booth)
It took about ten minutes before someone checked to see if everything was served to our satisfaction, at which time we alerted them about the above issues.

3. The wow experience fell flat as your restaurant name, your reputation and your pricing structure should always exceed your guests expectations and it didn’t even come close.

As someone who travels frequently for a living and lives outside of NYC, I enjoy and look forward to a culinary experience and picked your restaurant for the same but it fell way short and my girlfriends experience was nothing better than a chain style steak restaurant.

Hoping you correct these issues so other guests don’t experience the same.

We went to see Elton John, and were amazed. The venue was perfect, and the concert was one of the best I have ever attended. Also, dinner at Gordon Ramsay's,Pub was excellent. The burger was juicy and cooked perfectly to order for me, and my companion got no resist a .ca when she sent here back as undercooked-and it came back perfect. Great food, great service.

We had a great room in the Palace tower. Jasper took great care of us and was very helpful.

The sports book had a great bar and great area for sports. The casino is clean and well maintained.

Afternoon we used the pool And enjoyed the sun. Recliners fill up early and it gets very busy but there were still places to relax.

No doubt a great hotel. Lively pristine high end on most things. And then something for everyone. Cool theme and everyone is there to have fun. Sometimes I do not see how their nightly rate can be 30 or 40%higher than others but it must be occupancy rate. This is the only thing keeping me from 5 stars.
Restaurants are amazing and you have a plethora of places to choose from. Gym and spa are awesome too. Distribution as with any of the big resorts you have to learn and get used to what is where or take off with plenty of time to wander around.
The staff is as professional as they can be and the pool area is picture perfect. I had an amazing stay and fun time here. And when the rate is good I will stay many Times!!!
