Promised to reserve some glass for me until a local vendor who was building a machine for me could pick it up, repeatedly assured me it was set aside and would not be sold to someone else. Guess what? He sold it to someone else anyway. Why? If he wasn't willing to do it he shouldn't have told me he would. I made plans assuming he would keep his word, now I'm stuck with a $2,000 machine without glass. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.
