The hotel was really beautiful and the room was gorgeous. The reception and concierge staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were invited to the sky bar for complimentary champagne... which we had to ask for. The glass was barely worth the effort. The staff at the entrance of the sky bar and serving behind the bar seemed disinterested in anyone but themselves, were unwelcoming and gave pretty poor service. hotel good, staff not.

; Honestly I didn’t know a thing or two about Delano hotel. You’re so use to the typical hotels everyone stays at, such as, Venetian, Caesar’s Palace, etc... my boyfriend and I just happen to get lucky when we booked through TripAdvisor. We didn’t know what to expect and once we walked right through the doors, it blew us away. This place is beyond what we had anticipated. Their standard room (which I’m pretty sure that’s all we got) feels like an upgrade from any other “standard” room you’re use to. Checking in was very smooth and extremely courteous. Called to get some information about restaurants in the hotel and the concierge lady was knowledgeable and very accommodating. I mean the service is phenomenal and that’s always important.

I think the only down fall is that you had to pay for self parking, which the other hotels I’ve stayed at before or friend’s hotel, there were free self parking. Not a biggie, I think the most you pay is $12 anything past 24 hours. I’ll post a picture if I find one.

Overall, I’d definitely book a room here again when I’ll return back to Vegas.

Outstanding-Highly Recommend! Super Clean Rooms and Great Customer Service! Jorge at the front desk provided exceptional customer service to us. We will definitely stay at the Delano again. Well done and thanks for helping make our trip special.
