Our room was really nice. My only complaints regarding the room are that only one side of the bed had an outlet and the bottom of the bath tub had like a gritty texture. I went to give our daughter a bath in it and it kind of scratched her bum. The casino was really nice and there were a lot of nice restaurants and shops. The tram to Treasure Island was a nice amenity. We were disappointed that the main pool was closed for the season but there was no notice of that until the day it closed. I wish we would have known in advance. The other pool they had open was still nice and heated but it got crowded pretty quickly because it’s quite small. Staff said the main pool wouldn’t open again until after the first of the year. The staff was really friendly and we didn’t have any issues with anything.

I was there for a convention. The smoke smell by the casinos it is strong.
I have lost my prescription glasses in one of the meeting room and no one seems to know how to help me to find them. After 4 inquiries at the lost and found desk, I was informed they would no be there because they are "designer's glasses" and told me about an application to download. It have been 48 hours since and my glasses are still missing.
Also, there is no coffee maker in the rooms..

I liked my room a lot, and the pool was gorgeous. I will say that the rooms are numbered a little strangely, but that comes with the Vegas territory and you figure it out pretty quickly. My least favorite part was that parking isn't free, although we were able to park next door at treasure island for free for the majority of our stay. When. We tried parking at the Mirage garage, it looked clean but actually smelled like urine (not a fan of that part). The hotel staff were very friendly, pointed out fish we should look for in the tank behind the front desk while waiting for our credit card to process, and were willing to answer all of our questions.

very nice room, bed, sheets, blanket, bathroom, elevators, etc. Check in and out was easy, and they have great online and in room digital information.
despite a $35 resort fee, they do not offer many services standard at most half decent hotels. no airport shuttle, no breakfast, no coffee!, and the fitness center doesn't include use of the sauna. everything costs extra, so just be prepared to pay and you'll be fine. i thought i was getting a nice hotel so it would come with all the amenities, but was totally wrong.
