the good: professional, consistant follow through with the bank, efficient pricing.
the bad: wells fargo bank, never knowing what one department was doing etc. unwilling to work with sellers until us govt started putting pressure on all banks.
the ugly: security on our vacant property. realtors giving keys to prospective buyers and not being there. doors being left open since some blinds were removed from property etc.
the best: the rob jensen group got the job done!!! House sold!!!
