Will not pay for their client rear ending even though their client admitted it. I’m filing a lawsuit and the BBB is looking into this “insurance “ company. They’re lucky that I’m never on that side of town. This company is a fraud. NOT A REAL INSURANCE COMPANY.

So your telling me that because I got into an accident I can't even keep my insurance I mean isn't that the point of insurance and not to kick someone out the instant there in an accident.

the worst company ever the adjusters do not answer their messages or phones calls they didn't even answer the attorney's calls nor returned any messages. my case has gone on for over 7 months. this is ridicules.

I got rear ended and my car has been in the shop for 3 weeks because theses F$&ks don't call or pay claims. Expect to get sued homey! What a scam. How are they not shut down by now.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. The day after I was rear ended there insurance adjuster filed the claim. Then it took them (agents) 2 weeks to get the police report. Then I was told 3weeks after the accident that the jerk who red ended me wasn't covered at the time of the accident. BULLSHIT. I'm filing a complaint with the insurance commissioner as well as the Better Business Bureau.
