Park is overrun by the homeless laid out on picnic tables and a lot of dogs that are not on their leashes running through the childrens water play area. The bathrooms are unsafe and disgusting. The slides are filthy.

There are a lot of very nice daily regulars (dogs and people) in the afternoon. There are lots of homeless in the park, and lots of garbage and drug activity, but the dog area is very nice and always clean. I have been taking my new dog here every afternoon and he gets a great workout and has been learning to play and socialize.
**UPDATE**
After using the dog park for a few months, it still has several good regulars. But there are several unaltered big dogs and today a wolk hybrid went after my face. The garbage and masses of homeless drug addicts make this not a fun park to go to. I will be looking for a new daily park.

I guess it depends on the time of day. The park is totally a perception of what you see as good or bad. The park has a lot of homeless people. Those people are 95% good people. The other 5% is dealers, users, trouble makers and the riff raff around the area. So like I said which ones do you consider bad?
