A wonderful dining experience! We were well taken care of by the servers and our chef at the bar. Rice, the foundational and under appreciated element of all sushi, is superb here. Once we expressed our appreciation of this to the chef, it really seemed to open up the experience, and the dinner flowed beautifully. The grilled items are well balanced and exciting morsels as well. Do treat yourself to the Kabuto omakase, an amazing meal at an equally amazing value!

First time to try omikase and it was perfect! Very fortunate to book on my first try and the same day. Someone had cancelled. We even got to sit in front of the chef to watch the preparations. Definitely an amazing experience!

The absolutely best of the best sashimi this side of Tokyo. But reservations is a must as there are only a few seats in the house. Oolala that was great !!!

I'm not a big sushi/fish eater but this was absolutely amazing. Everything was perfect and the service was beyond exceptional. Hope to make this a mandatory place to visit in future Las Vegas trips.

Great service large variety of sushi. Very traditional with thick cuts of fish. Carries only the best of the season. Last time they had 9 different cuts / preparations of blue fin tuna! Amazing!!!
