My wife and I ate here twice on a recent business trip and were very pleasantly surprised with the hospitality and level of customer service provided by the head chef Clark Overton. My wife has a gluten allergy and, he not only showed her what was gluten free on the buffet twice (once for lunch and one for dinner), he also made her 2 gluten free dishes that aren't gluten free on the buffet.
However much The Luxor is paying him it's not enough.

This place is awesome! Lien was our server on Fri, Oct 13th and she was great, a true GEM! I would definitely recommend this buffet!

It took a while for us to get seated, there were like 3 hosts there, but they were just talking, they never even looked at us. Finally a different host came and seated us, she was very nice. There is a huge variety of food, however, the food is not good. I didn't have one thing that I really liked. The chicken was over cooked, the tea was disgusting, they use goat cheese instead of feta on the Greek salad, and really the taste of everything was very off. We had a free voucher to eat here, we wouldn't have paid for this food. The lady that took our plates, Daisy, is so sweet. The place is decorated nicely too.

Worst customer service ever. Very rude manager, and the food was cold. Not clean and overpriced.

The location is neat. The decorations are fun and fit with the pyramid style. The food? Eh... only if you’re starving and this is a last resort. We went for breakfast. The eggs were mushy, the oj and yogurt weren’t good. The only thing I kind of liked was the oatmeal. And I loaded it with brown sugar haha. My husband liked his food, as did I, but as an avid reader and writer of reviews- feel free to pass on this and you won’t miss out. It was NOT worth $25 each! In a pinch and need food immediately and your there? Sure. You’ll survive. And the cheesecake was good.
