Terrible. Got clip in extensions. Believed the guy when he said they looked great. I will always kick myself for walking out of there questioning whether or not they looked good. I got home and took them out to notice I was missing a row and that it looked like I had a mullet. Go back an hour later and he only let me switch out for a new pack after I told them how unhappy I really was with them. He convinced me over and over that they matched my hair color, but he kept saying he was too busy to sit down with me to check. He rushed me out of the store not even caring that I was upset. I will never go there ever again. Warning: Do NOT go to this place.
