Purchased a Hot Springs Spa from Renee about 6 years ago. A few service calls but they always took care of it and showed up on time. I would recommend them for any Spa needs.

Well One of the reviews has it closer to the Real Experience. Having been referred by a couple of spa shops that 'Spas by Renee' was the only place get parts I head over to the place on Pecos. Get into the store and find a very outdated layout that is more like a clearance outlet then a retail shop. The guy to help me was gone so a fat sleazy salesman hiding at the back of the shop finally helps me after I have wandered around lost. The salesman says that the part I need would be in the back somewhere but KC was out and would know where, I'd have to come back. REALLY???
I go back later and KC has returned, he is older (which usually means knowledgeable), grumpy and acts like it is a privilege for him to even take the time to speak to me. I hand him the parts I need to replace from an older spa which has really needed little service. He takes my parts, dismantles it and says he doesn't have it, it isn't made anymore but then decided to go into the warehouse behind and take a look taking the old part with him. When KC returned he has a part which looks relatively similar and without my old part. After inspection I find the part would not fit the area or the connection parts. KC says it would be a retrofit, and disappears back into the warehouse. I hear a saw, something that sounds like breakage and he then reappears with some plumbing parts. ?? KC then whips some lube, seals and other items that he states I would need to do the job. I restate that the spa is older, there is little space in the hole and I want the old part back, in which he states he took it apart and leaves it at that. This little fiasco cost me over $110, and when I got home... none of it fit. SO MY Recommendations Is Find Another Shop For Your Spa Needs...............

Oldest spa joint in Vegas. Extensive knowledge of the products they sell and stand by all purchases. Came out to fix my aging spa and brought it back to life. Family run and super friendly. Support local small businesses.

I have now had my spa for 4 years and have had excellent service both in the store, when purchasing products, as well as top service when I have needed a house call. Twice, my control panel went out on me and I called to pleasantly find the service agent at my home the next day. I work and found his note with pertinent info on it, along with a perfectly working control panel. There was no charge for either service. I do have a warranty that is outstanding.

I have gone in to purchase products at both stores. Most times, I have been assisted by Bob, a most knowledgeable and helpful person at the Ft.. Apache store, anad previously at the Pecos store. I am actually about to leave for the store now to purchase my spa cover cleaner. I hope my experiences with Spas By Renee continue to be as wonderful as they have been... AND...I love my spa!
