WATCH OUT PLZ! Be very careful! Came in after my hair dresser moved was referred by someone, the referral gal did not have her hair done here ....My hair is bleach blonde as all knows this type of color need care, as all color .... she did not process my hair correctly and commence to Tone my hair 4 times and 3 month later my hair is still falling out by the hand full... This is no exaggeration and very sad I have 1/3 of my hair left and it's still falling out..... In addition the owner argued via text very sad ,disappointed to say the least ..... Everyday I have to see the careless mess this lady did to me I have to wrap my head in a wrap and treat in coconut oil and karatin treatment to try and keep something, I will not be able to color my hair for 6 months or more ,as I went to avada specialist....... may no one have to endure such an experience... WATCH OUT!

DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE! When I saw my best friends nails, done at this salon, I was SHOCKED at her nails! Apparently she had booked 1.5 hours for a full set. For whatever reason, the only nail tech there said that her 1.5hr appointment (that was booked days before) was no longer available, she only had one hour. The tech said that she could do a full set in that time. She slapped on a set that looks like a 7yr old did it! They were AWEFUL, thick, wide, bumpy, uneven, purple with sparkels and huge rhinestones. It was worse then what you would see coming ftom a new student doing their first set ever. I owned a salon and did nails for years. Not only would I never let anyone walk out od my salon looking like that, I sure wouldnt take their money! Yet, she did both, without any problem whatsoever! I know that everyone has a bad day, appointments get overbooked and it takes time and repetition to turn out a great set of nails every time. However, that is NOT the clients problem! It is the techs responsibility to book herself with enough time to ensure that her work is up to professional par. The client needs to walk out loving her nsils and feeling beautiful, that is what they pay for! If it were my salon, I would suggest that she apprentice under an experienced tech, be HONEST with clients, telling them she just started (at least I pray that is the case...if not, she needs to set down her brush, put her hands on her head and step back away from the monomer! I would offer a discounted (just enough to cover her cost) rate and practice, practice, practice x's10000! From what I saw, I would suggest at least18 months of doing so. It is tough to build a good business! It takes time, even when a tech has perfected the process. Best to do so (learn/practice) with permission from the client. On her dime, and their precious time, If not, she is hurting her own business, as well as the salons business and reputation! Otherwise, it is a disservice to the client that pays her. I would definitely not let this tech at anyones nails for an artificial set. There are too many great nail techs out there to pay for a terrible job. I know that my friend wpuld never return, I would never go, and niether would anyone that asks her where they were done! I would give zero stars if possible.
