Staff was very helpful! I forgot my medical card with my son...rather than rescheduling they suggested i call my son and have him send a copy of my card. I then emailed the copy to them right from my cell phone and was able to proceed with my eye exam. Doctor was great, was precise and clear. Picking out glasses was easy....i would definitely recommend Optic Gallery for eyecare!

Great customer service.. took my 9 yr old and she was really nervous because she didn't know what to expect being her first eye exam but the Dr was super great with her and she was totally comfortable with the Dr. She was extremely nice and then after the exam the Dr's assistant helped us pick out glasses and my daughter, though pretty picky, got her first pair of glasses picked out in about 15 min and the assistant was great through the whole thing. Would recommend to anyone.

Great customer service, the doctor was great and explained everything clearly. Good eyeglass selection with experienced specialists. I will definitely be bringing my kids back here!
