Very "hit and miss". I was in Las Vegas last month and took the night tour on a Friday night which was great. The guide knew everything about everything and it was fun. Took the night tour again the following Monday and it was a mess. First, the guide, who acted like he just stepped off the set of Jersey Shore, spoke nothing about Las Vegas. He was joking around with all the passengers of which none found him funny. He sure knew a lot about the bars though. Second, when we were about to get back on the bus, after being on Fremont Street for a while, the guide said one of the buses broke down. I understand this can happen but what really pissed me off is when he said (after we were all crammed onto one bus) that the company had a new fleet of buses that they just didn't get around to implementing yet.

We enjoyed bus ride on 08 October 2017 in Las Vegas. This is a feed back for one of the agents whom we met on Linq Promenade. His name is Tommy and what a fab individual. Tommy guided us about the trip, how to get ticket from location nearer our hotel, how to park car to make most of our trip and when we told him that bus did not go to Las Vegas sign due to the incident there earlier, he offered us a free ride next day so that we could have enjoyed pictures.If we had time, I would have seen him again and offered a coffee/drink as reciprocal gesture.

Bought tickets at Greyline terminal while waiting to go on Grand Canyon tour. Salesperson very “pushy” makes discounts coupons sound wonderful. Most are bogo items.
Big buses run late or not at all. 30 minutes between each bus. Oversold tickets had to wait an hour to get on a bus, then no room on top deck.
Pickup locations hard to find, most in back or side of hotels.
Salesperson made it sound like you could ride one bus from Harley Davidson Motorcycle to Downtown Casinos. Not true have to transfer from red to blue route, of course a wait for each bus.
Only two buses running on each route, need many more!
Their app is worthless, does not not show where buses are on a route. Only value, it helps locate hidden pickup points.
