Had an extremely fun time! Fred was our pilot and he was fantastic! The trip and views were phenomenal! I would love to do this again and take another tour! They really care about their customers and the pilot was absolutely amazing!

We had Danny as a pilot for our adventure this past weekend, he was the best! He answered all of our tourist-y questions and was an awesome tour guide. He was super knowledgeable and made it such a great experience! Their facility is beautiful, they have a nice little lounge where you wait for your pilot and helicopter, clean bathrooms and a little gift shop where you can get souvenirs and drinks. Our limo was on time picking us up in the morning, really from the minute we got in the limo leaving our hotel to getting dropped backed off at the end of the afternoon, it was an awesome experience. I would absolutely recommend this company, 5 stars!!!

Had booked a flight with this company well in advance. Two days before the flight we received an email to advise all flights on our date had been cancelled and asked us to choose another date.
We sent an email asking for another date but didn't hear anything back so called them. They then said that the email was sent in error and our original flight was still on. Great.
Flight day comes and we are waiting for our 6:50am pickup but nobody shows up. We get a phone call at 7:20am telling us the flight had been cancelled due to the president coming and the area becoming a no fly zone.
This is something they must have known about in advance as it was in the media days ago and we didn't get advised until half an hour after we were due to be picked up.
If we had been given prior notice we could have chosen a different date but that was no longer an option as they are now full. We now have to wait ten days for a refund.
Really poor communication and nobody seems to know what's going on.
Flew from New Zealand to Vegas for my wife's birthday so she could cross this off her bucket list. Now have booked through a different company.

We had a great flight with Pilot Raymond in their new #12 HC-130. It was awesome. There were six of us, and one was nervous to fly. It was very smooth and relaxing. Our pilot was great and took care of everything. Would highly recommend. We booked through Canyon Tours, not them directly. We might have saved a little but we didn't know beforehand. We did the tour that lands at the bottom.
