Driver from airport was very friendly. However, when I called to make arrangements for pickup, I was on hold for 10 minutes then was told I would need to ready for pickup at 6:15 AM for my 10:45 AM flight. The operator somehow didn't understand why I was frustrated and asking for a later pickup time. Ended up taking an Uber back to the airport at 9:30 and losing out on my prepaid ride. Thanks Showtime.

Don't waste your time and money. They say wait time 10-30, but the truth is more than 1 hour.

Dont waste your time or money.
The main booth for the shuttle was closed with a number to call to get someone to come and arrange a shuttle. Not being from the US, I didn't really want to call a US number, but had to. Called the number and they told me to turn around and go to a woman at a podium who had been looking at us watching us without ever stepping in to help. We then sat on the shuttle for what seemed like a lifetime while the driver and the woman had a chat.
Then we stopped at another terminal for god knows how long. Just an awful experience.
What would have been a 7 minute car journey turned into an hour... Get a taxi.

Still waiting over an hour.. do NOT use this company it is rinky dink at best. If I didn't already pay for it I would get a cab.

The shuttle arrived 45 minutes after our plane landed. The driver loaded a few people and said we're full and pulled off. We didn't get a time for when or if the next shuttle would be arriving or any explanation! The shuttle was booked in advance so we wouldn't have to deal with having to find a ride so late at the airport. We waited about 10 minutes and decided to catch a cab. The last thing I wanted was to catch a cab and catch one after midnight. My request for a refund was denied. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
