I have ALWAYS found these guys to be a tremendous asst of knowledge about when and where to play and getting the best deal. Beyond what I could have expected in professionalism and courtesy. If you are going to Vegas and want to play golf, I would highly recommend.

Once again great service, always helpful, use their service every 6 months, I usually call to get the their view of the course I am booking and they always give me great guidance. Thanks VIP Golf LV #vegasstrong

Update regarding my previous review:
I feel incline to write another review regarding Justin, the "Manager", since he has responded to our review & sent a lengthy, childish & unprofessional email to a member in our group.
First, and foremost, Justin, absolutely was rude, snide & unprofessional. We are now, far past the "how the club broke" scenario. If, our group truly broke the club, we would have been more than happy to pay for it. Not only did our group not break the club, Justin most definitely did treated us like we had, right out of the gate. We are here now because of how Justin spoke & handled the situation. I have seen other reviews about his rudeness & that speaks volumes, in itself. Had he treated his customers in a professional manner, we would not be here now.
After my review, Justin sent a self-indulgent email claiming he "did some research online" and decided, myself & the gal he originally spoke to, was the same person. Uh, no.... she didn't create a profile with a different name, just to write a review...... Seriously, Justin must have a lot of time on his hands. A real private eye, I tell yah! Furthermore, Justin did NOT have all the "facts", like he claimed.
As far as the email Justin sent, it was absolutely unprofessional & showed his maturity level.... or shall I say, lack there of.,,
I would, highly, recommend Justin not deal with customers, ever!!! This has been quite the experience and we will never use VIP, again, because of Justin.

The rental & delivery service was great! However, our group rental had a broken club in one of the bags. Upon returning them, we called to inform them of the issue. Justin, the "Manager", was rude, snide & over all unprofessional. He blamed us for the broken club, basically calling us liars and that "He has been in this business for 15 years and has heard every excuse in the book". The unfortunate part is, we never even got to use the club & it was already broken when we took it out of the bag. Furthermore, he claimed the handle of the club was missing, telling us they went thru the bag 3 times & had turned it upside down and it wasn't in there. We asked him the check the ball holder pocket & he exclaimed, "Well, what do you know. There it is!" For someone who has been in the customer service industry for "15 years", you would think that he would have been more professional... I suggest putting the manager thru training on how not to speak to people, especially your paying customers! We travel to Las Vegas a few times a year with several couples to golf and we will never rent from this place, again, because of Justin.

I use these guys every year for setting up golf. I usually task them with coming up with golf courses for a foursome, during the difficult September Re-seeding time of year. I ask them to find me courses that are NOT cart path only, and I want courses that haven't been aerated right before we play them. I usually need 3 days of golf at different courses and they come through for me every year. Green fees are always pre-paid before we get to the course, and we have never had a problem. 2 of us get club rentals from them every year and the clubs are always in good condition, and the clubs have always been delivered to the hotel on time. If you're wanting to golf in Las Vegas, and you're from out of town, just call them and let them do the work for you.
