Strong customer service. I was able to easily contact the team to find out which tour to book and the features of each tour. The helicopter ride was great, pilot was very friendly and provided good commentary. The trip to the Sky Walk was under whelming. The group that runs this are not that professional. Food options were very average. There was little interest in telling us about the architecture and and structure of the Sky Walk. And the indigenous community could provide more information on the history and grandeur of the Canyon.

My goal with the flight was not only to get an aerial view of the canyon, but to give my wife a chance to experience helicopter flight. I had flown helicopters in the Army for 8 years and wanted my wife to know what it was that I missed so much.
My wife was lucky enough to get the front left (co-pilot) seat. Our pilot was a skilled young woman who took us on a very smooth and beautiful flight around the canyon.
The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was the relatively short duration of the flight for the money considering that there was 6 paying passengers on board the Bell 206 helicopter. But, we did get the experience that I was hoping for. Of course I just wish I could have taken the controls and dropped into the trees. :o)

Been to the Grand Canyon many times. Hotel pickup was great Super friendly staff and we had an excellent pilot who really knew the area and his comments were informational as well as funny at times. Sunset flight was beautiful. Back to the hotel was easy. 5 Star really did live up to their name. Highly recommend this tour from Las Vegas

We had a great experience with GC Flight...our pilot Tyler was knowledgeable and friendly, and we even had time to converse about ourselves with him and the group. They even sang Happy Birthday to me!
Our flight was very smooth, Tyler rated it a 0.5 out of 10, but there was some nausea in the group. If you are prone to that, some Dramamine might be useful. I highly recommend this trip - it was a once in a lifetime thrill! And going back to the hotel, Andrea kept a great conversation going with lots of useful tips about our time ahead during the trip.

Highly recommend this experience! Well worth the money. Incredible scenery throughout the entire excursion and when we got down within the canyon walls....just WOW! I would go back in a heartbeat to see it all over again. Our pilot was awesome too! I rate this trip 5 stars!!! A true bucket list check-off...
