I love the staff and the vets here. I've started using this clinic after I adopted two pups from a local rescue. They were not well taken care of. Bad teeth, underweigh ect. One had ear mites. The lovely docs have bent over backwards to help my new darlings. They really went above and beyond to help me with the financial aspect of caring for these new dogs. They gave me options and tried to keep it somewhat reasonable. I honestly couldn't afford the good care that I got at Flamingo at any other place. So I definitely recommend this Clinic because they truly care about your fur babies.

Dr. Kenton is the BEST! His staff care above & beyond. So kind & friendly. Been with them for 28yrs. Thanks Dr. Kenton & staff!!

Adopted an older shelter cat. Brought in for post adoption check up. 2 pound weight variance between shelter and vet scale. I had concerns that cat had a low appetite, and litter box was always clean. Dr completely missed that something was serious. Said that there was no concern, that scale at shelter was off,etc. Said he had zero concerns. (I later learned the shelter scales were accurate) Sent me home assuring me of no concerns, other than a needed teeth cleaning, he said he was in no rush for. Scheduled for a month out. Given an outrageous quote for 536. Because of Dr's failure to be accurate and thorough the cat didn't live to see the teeth cleaning appointment. Cat was seeming ok for a few weeks. Took Dr's word she had no concerns, Ie, not a big eater, etc. A few weeks later cat started vomiting and seemed lighter, lethargic, huge change over a weekend. I called this office, and was coldly told that they could not see me until following day. Did not offer to squeeze me in due to emergency. I noticed previously staff at front not overly outgoing/personable. I found another vet who saw me that same day despite heavy appointments. The prognosis was that the cat was sick when I adopted her, and a simple blood test(which Flamingo Clinic said was not necessary) revealed an animal in stage 4 kidney failure, which had to be euthanized. When I called Flamingo Pet Clinic to cancel upcoming dental cleaning, I got a somber one word, we are sorry,almost like I was talking to a drone. Nobody from Flamingo Pet Clinic called to follow up with me as to what was found at other vet, no apology call, no card, nothing. Had you been more observant and used due diligence the illness would have been discovered during the initial visit.

Extremely long wait after scheduled appointment and arriving early. However if a surgery happened or whatever it is reasonable. Also the doctor spent quality time to answer questions rather than rush me
