723 Vapor

Have had good experience with 723 vape until today. Bought a pack of coils yesterday and none of them work. Went to speak with the manager and of course without taking it apart or trying another coil it's my "janky atomizer" and then a few minutes later it was the "cheap products from china" which is funny as well. Why would you all buy products that you aren't willing to back? I could see a lowly inexperienced counter person saying these things but to hear it straight from the manager was disconcerting especially since the day before we had a conversation where "the customer" was the at the top of the three things he cared about.....

One star and one star only! I mean, there are some decent people in there working, but most are F'ing vapesnobs! Think they know the biggest and the latest. Well, let me tell you, they aren't as high and mighty as them may seem. That's what is wrong with these "Corporate" vapor shops. They lost a sell and a customer- Leestown Rd! Kat!!

Great Vape shop. Only been here once and I enjoyed it. I was passing through Lexington and had ran out of juice and charged batteries due to a delay getting home. They were really helpful letting me try a couple flavors and even helped me find a new battery that had a good charge so I could use it right away.
