Cheerful receptionists told me that I could watch my game on "any TV," i picked a TV and was seated. Then nothing happened, and I asked one (unfriendly) waitress after another. Fifteen mins pass and I'm out the door. I've been in BWW from coast to coast and Lexington has the two worst I've experienced. Apparently tips are not an incentive.

Love the wings, fantastic place to go on gameday. Only reason this is not rated 5 star is because we had to wait 20 minutes for a seat and it took a while to get our food but thats expected with a large amount of people. Definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I normally enjoy this place, but on my last visit I received terrible service. It took over an hour for us to get our food and by the time it got to our table it was cold and the order was not correct. I can understand it being busy on a Friday night, but there were groups that were sat about 10-15 minutes after us and they got their food before us. Our waitress, Dominique, ignored us the whole time and kept forgetting to bring drinks to us. I also saw her sitting down talking to people instead taking our drink orders. I am disappointed with this experience.

Serves good wings and is a good place to watch sporting events. Their wings are much pricier than other options nearby and being that there are plenty of quality options, I found myself only frequenting this place with groups to watch the game or on Half priced wing Tuesday. Since they have done away with half priced wing Tuesday, it is really a third or fourth option behind places like Indi's. I will still come here on occasion for sporting events. They do have a good selection of quality sauces and spices and you do generally get a quality product with them.

Takeout: Initially had a negative experience with a longer than expected wait time and receiving an incorrect order (both honest mistakes and uncommon for this location in my past visits), but after leaving a complaint on the website, they got back to me in less than 10 minutes with an apology and an offer for two free entrees and sides. Thanks to Sean the general manager and his team for making this right so quickly.
