Our experience could not have been better - Enterprise gave us the absolute BEST experience with their company. I am very impressed and we will definitely use them again.

The service was great at this location; Very friendly and helpful. The vehicle was clean and full of fuel. They did not have the type of vehicle I reserved, but gave me something from the next class for the same price. That was ok, but not ideal. Overall, a positive experience. I would recommend this location and will use them again.

Folks are very nice and try to be accommodating, but I was given a car with less than 1/4 tank of gas, and the carpet on the driver's side was worn through to the floorboards. Not nice. Even for a cheap model, you could at least put down some plastic floor mats. And forget "we'll pick you up," not if you're coming from or going to the airport, so add $15 or more each way (and High St. is a high traffic trip) and at least a half hour. Or pay double to use the airport location. There must be a better way.
