The sound at this theater is better than I was expecting for an older, less expensive location. However, the projector screen had streaks on it, the lens had dust in it and a speck distracted me throughout the film and the seats are extremely uncomfortable. I kept readjusting and felt like the springs from my seat were annoying everyone. Not very nice for a 2.5 hour movie.

This theater has some issues unfortunately. No renovations despite an increase in price after AMC bought it months ago. Moviepass only covers about $2.00 a ticket so literally any other theater in Lexington is better. Uncomfortable and odored seats, no stadium seating, screen tears, popping audio, loud A/C system, slow lines to get tickets (I stood in line 10+ minutes with only three couples ahead of me), no automated ticketing machine. Great location though, but won't be returning anytime soon.

I was surprised that they have not remodeled ANYTHING in this theater... it's still run down, but before 4pm the price is 4.99. My 3 stars is for having a cheap price and movies other theaters don't have. The employees were nice.

It used to be pretty cool at the $2 price. Now they've raised their prices. 4.99 matinee, 6.99 after 6. The seats are still broken down and this theater is always dirty. There's no indication which movies are in which theater. I came about 20 min early for a movie starting at 7:35. There was nothing on the screen. I went out at 7:40 and they turned the projector on but the ads that should have been on the 20 minutes previously all played...so over half an hour after the movie was scheduled to start the previews have not even started! People came in asking which movie was showing. It's absolutely ridiculous! Don't waste your time. Spend the extra few dollars and go to one of the nicer theaters. It was fine for $2, but I won't be going back!!!

I normally don't do reviews at all, but I want to say that hands down one of the best movie theatres for $2.00. Staff is friendly, movie rooms are great, the cleaning in general such as bathrooms, etc are phenomenal! Seriously more clean than movie theatres that are more than $10! A very good place to spend time with family. You can't ask for more!
