Had my wedding there. Cool place, spacious and good for the price. But it is very plain so u will need a lot of decorations to give it some pep

Great spaces to host events. Affordable rates. Always clean. Schedule has both Lyric presented events and those presented by promoters. Historically, this was a White owned theatre that provided Black entertainment during segregation. The current entertainment presented is not exclusively Black.

This was originally designed to show movies on a screen, so some of the seats in the middle are low which makes it difficult to see the action on stage if you are there for a live show.

Did a wedding setup here. Great space, Jack is awesome. Sooooo much bigger than it looks from the outside.
