Boot Barn

If you place an order with the Boot Barn online store, you may not get it! It has been 3 weeks since placing an order for them, I ordered two items, and it took 2 weeks to receive one of the items I ordered and have yet to hear if my other item has or will even be shipped! Plus I experienced a possible compromise to my credit card as there was an unauthorized purchase on my statement two weeks after I ordered. I only will give them one star as they have responded via email when expressing my extreme disappointment of my online shopping experience with them.

Always a great selection of brands and styles. Staff was very helpful.

Nice selection of boots and friendly staff. Prices are where I would expect them to be plus a discount for military veterans.

Fairly wide selection of over priced boots. I'm uncertain when cowboys started dressing like frilly ladies though, most of the shirts could be better described as blouses and would be neither hard working or hard wearing.

Love this store, so many boots to choose from and the staff is so helpful! Jessica and Teresa helped me find the perfect boot for my daughters wedding! Will be coming back again for sure!!
