They have always been very pleasant to work with. I actually moved to Nashville and still shop their Insta page! They are great with shipping and even letting me pick it up when I am in town.

I took plus women clothes in to sale. When I looked around the store I didn't find any plus size in good shape. So I was very excited about selling my items. However the items were denied. The sales person claim it was a label that was not on there list. I will not be doing business with this company again.

If I could give this place less stars, I would. Management is rude and unresponsive to customer needs, valuing their own time and personal gossip over actually serving customers. Customers and sellers (the people who drive the store's business) are made to feel as if they are a burden to the people whose profits depends solely on them. Not only do customers and sellers take a backseat, a few of the managers openly discuss drama, even drug use!! with their employees while in earshot of customers, all whilst ignoring actual customer service. Although the prices are okay, I send a word of caution to those who wish to shop here: if you want to feel valued or if you want to sell your clothes, accessories, and bags to this place-- turn the other way. I cannot condone supporting such a hostile and unprofessional work environment.

I brought in a whole bunch of clothes from The Limited and Express, plus shoes from Aldo and Patagonia shirts that still had tags. I understand they didn't want my American Eagle clothes, and that's fine, but the girl told me that none of the things I brought were things they could sell because they "weren't in style." So after leaving me waiting for two hours while they chatted and slowly looked through things, I am told that they didn't want things they were already selling in their store. Portofino shirts from Express aren't in style? Wow, they should probably tell the people at Express that! On top of that, when I got home and looked at the box I'd brought in, they hadn't even looked through it. Everything was still perfectly folded in the exact order I had put it in. After waiting two hours, they were close to their 6pm cutoff, and they didn't even bother to look, just said they didn't want any of it. I guess I will take my business elsewhere if they are going to have such horrible customer service.

I love this store. As with any resale shop you have to look around and see what you can find. I find cute things here a lot. As for the complaints about selling to them all I can say is I've witnessed sellers use a rude tone to the staff. It's true they have to be selective. They are buying clothes outright to then try and resell as opposed to a consignment shop where you get paid if they get paid. I have been disappointed here and there that a few of my own things were not purchased but you can't take it personally. If you are a person that likes resale shops then give this place a try. Don't pass it up due to negative reviews from sellers. I agree with the other reviewer who appreciates that they are selective.
